Issues related to Minnesota’s residential contractor workforce, including availability of contractor resources within rural or low-income communities, and training needs to expand and augment the workforce
Contractor qualifications and eligibility requirements
Contractor incentives, process for instant discounts, reimbursement process
How efforts might coordinate with other training programs available through energy centers, universities, and utility-sponsored programs
Coordination with contractors, distributors, and suppliers during program implementation
